Ok, installed the 2 drop shackles and it didn't appear to drop it 2 inches. When I installed the shims under the leaf springs I noticed there is a block or spring perch or whatever you want to call it, it also extends out over the axel a bit for the bump stop to hit. Can you remove this? I know you actually can, but should you? I can mod something for the bump stop to hit and it would give me about another inch of drop. Yay or nay? Also, If I do take the block out will I have to get 3 or 4 degree shims or will the 2 degree one still work?

Alot of shackles tell u it can lower up to four inches thats when you take that block off its a factory lift block mine didnt have it it wont hurt to take it out unless im mistaken what your talkin bout
