Default Drivers side mirror broken off

Was driving down the road when another truck veered into my lane, luckily I swerved quick enough to avoid a head on collision. My only problem was my drivers side power mirror was ripped off. Thee bracket is all that survived. The wires are hanging there. I’m looking for a replacement mirror and see OEM parts for 140 and after Market for half that. If I buy a mirror, how do I plug in my wires? Is there supposed to be a plug or is the plug in the mirror? I have 4 wires with a flat connector on the ends. I attached a pic, Any advise? Thanks-

From what I seen on YouTube, this looks pretty easy to do. My only unknown is the wiring, if it needs a plug or what? Any thought on aftermarket parts?

Easiest way to do it will be to pull the door panel, disconnect the wiring harness connector, remove three bolts and replace the whole assembly. Find you a mirror with all of you options (power, heat, puddle light etc.) and just completely replace it. 1 hour job tops.
