Default Driver Window Question

Alright so it's happened 2 or 3 times now. The Driver's side front window won't roll down, i can roll down all 3 of the others but the driver window won't roll down until i turn off the truck and last time it started after i typed in some numbers on my keypad on my door and this time it worked after i typed in my lock/unlock sequence. What could be causing it to only work when the keypad has been used?

It's not a snapped cable? It will stop working till i punch random numbers into the keypad then it works....

Put a replacement switch in the door and it's still having the problem...i found the solution though....slamming the door...so i'm gonna go on a hunch that whichever pin controls the driver window is loose and needs to be pushed back in all the way...
