Well tonight I was able to the remaining tip out of #4 but I do know for sure there is porcelain in the cylinder, I'm gonna try and vacuum it out tomorrow. Chavec: as for the quote of $1200 if your mechanic has to remove the head, that is probably the cheapest I have seen that. I know of similar head removal jobs to remove broken plugs costing upwards of$4000. I have been and always will be a Ford guy but the design of these plugs and heads has got to be one of Fords biggest mistakes! Giving that I can successfully retrieve the porcelain from the cylinder I am excited to see how much better my truck will run, this plug change has been a MUCH needed job!! I will try and post some pics tomorrow.
