Default That dosent go there

Today I removed the rear drive shaft to grease the slip yoke a process that I have done a few times before to find what I can identify as transmission fluid and on the ground about a 12 inch round area of oil that ran out of the slip yoke area. All I can say is wtf htf and not again. Has anyone else seen this I'm going to be pissed if my new tranny if fd up and the tranny fluid I'd 1 qt low when I checked after all this fun. Thanks in advance for all input

The t case has its own fluid in it seperate from the trans, but it is the same kind fluid. Check it ASAP.
