Anyone got any solutions to get a broken door stop bolt that's just below the hole? terrible access without having to remove the whole door which I don't want to do.

Depends why it broke. If over tightened then drill and ez out.
if rusted in place then easy out you could try, but welding a nut on would work better. You build up the center of the broke bolt then weld a nut on
