Did you do anything special to get that tubing onto the bumper? I ordered a foot of that stuff and ordered the bumpers...got them together here on the table, and the bumper sure doesn't want to fit inside that 1/2" interior.

It sure doesn't. It was just patience and effort. You can warm the tubing a bit to make it softer if needed.
