Default Door Locks Not Working

Hi all,
I have an 06 XLT with mostly non function electric door locks. The driver's side will unlock with the fob or the door switch but won't lock and the passenger side doesn't work at all. I can hear the actuator in the driver's side try to work when locking but the passenger side is dead. Before I order new actuators I was wondering if there is a relay that could be the problem. If it is a relay, where is it located on the truck. It's stock with no obvious mods done to it.
Thanks

Check wiring between door and body. They crack inside the rubber boot.

As a follow up I actually spent last week working on the AC as it's dead too. In replacing the compressor and receiver/dryer I had to remove the battery and PCM and of course wiggled a bunch of wiring though not in the doors. Upon reassembly the door locks work! Both sides and with the fob. I don't know if it was taking the PCM and the battery out or something else but now they work, at least for now. Thanks for the door boot suggestion though.
