Default Door locks acting up

The driver's door lock sometimes work with power and sometimes it doesn't. And sometimes it seems to unlock then lock again when I press unlock and vice versa. This is also exactly what happened to my dad's 2010 Taurus, so maybe it's common for Fords? Any ideas?

The contacts are probably dirty in the switches.... There is a thread that tells you how to clean them.... Which windows are having probs? If it's not he driver does it do it with the switch that's on that door? Might also be separated wiring in the loom that runs thru the door.....

It happens only in the driver side front door. And on the Taurus it's the drivers side rear door... And it does the same thing whether I use the remote or the buttons on the door. And do you have a link of the thread of how to clean the switch?
