I've got $300 in gift cards that I gota use for exhaust so it's Gona cost me $400

 

It did seem to be on the high side. But he's having more than just the duals installed, and as long as its good quality work it might not be too bad. Shopping around is always good to do as well, but with a $300 dollar gift card... Maybe see if you can talk them down a bit!

 

Yea but the only problem with talking them down is they don't no exactly how long it will take. I don't think it will take longer than 6 hours tho

 

Doesn't seem like it should take longer than that. I had a shop do my cat-back with tips on each side behind the tires with a 6.5 bed as well and took them only about an hour. That's with only one person working on it most of the time too

 

I still think you need to shop around.....I think 6 hours is WAY to long.


When I had mine done in and out less than 2 hours.

But this was the only thing this guy does is exhaust

 

So you are supplying the tips, cats, and mufflers? They are supplying labor & pipes for $700. Thats outrageous if you ask me.
