Default DO it or DON'T do it ?

Want some of you guys opinions.
To paint just the chromed parts (bumpers and grille trim), shop is asking around $500.
For me to buy vinyl (good quality, same type used to wrap vehicles, air release vinyl) and do it myself (not that hard) and wrap the bumpers, grille trim, the perimeter on the sides, racing stripes on the hood, roof, bed cover, tailgate, door panels and other little things, it's going to cost me $200, for material only. I'm thinking about making this a holiday project for me since I'm gonna have 10 days of paid vacation for the holidays. Vinyls are going to be matte black.
Then having the Nerf bar/side steps, bull bar (not in the picture) and maybe the dual exhaust tips powdered coated in matte black too.
Following this is going to be the wheels and tires (in about 3 weeks), still thinking between 20" XD MONSTER or XD ADDICT in a matte black mounted on 305-55-20 NITTO TRAIL GRAPPLER.

The picture is a old picture, but I have the windows tinted, ARE hard bed cover/lid, bull bar and a 2.5'' leveling kit.

Don't mind the wheels on the picture, just me messing around with paint.

i would proboly paint the grille surroung white to match the truck and then paint the bumpers black. also imo i would for go on the stripes. the white/black 2 tone looks good.

Well if you think you can do a good job then I would say that's a pretty simple question. And I def think that the black will look badass agaisnt your white truck. I think the stripes would look better wider but that's just my personal taste.

to be honest with you i think that would look trashy...especially with the stripes

i think you'd be better suited making the chrome bumpers white, tinting the windows and going with a glossed black rim package and then go with a complete replacement grille with a black surround and black grille.....the saleen grilles usually look really good on the white F150s

White grille surround sound good too.

The stripes would be dual 8 inch front the front to the back, just like the ROUSH I believe.

I forgot to mention, I have a ROUSH grille to be powder coated too, got a real good deal on that, had to get it, but it's chromed also.
