Tighten the bolts in two stages

• Stage 1: Tighten to 71 lb-in (this is about 6 ft-lbs, not much)
• Stage 2; Tighten an additional 60 degrees

Note, foot-pounds and inch-pounds differ by a factor of 12. Torque values given in Inch-pounds are for very low torque (smaller bolt) applications.
