Disable steering column lock?

Disable steering column lock?
I would like to convert completely to a push button start on my 2008 F150. So far I have the button installed and the immobilizer bypass for the transponder. The steering column however will still lock if a key is not in it and turned to on. Is there a way to disable to steering column lock without breaking it? Anything I do to it I want to have the option of undoing later if needed.
