Hey guys I was wondering what tow package I have on my
04 xl 4.6 8 foot bed. The truck has 355 gears I belive and
The 4 pin and slug connector, and the ford hitch under the bumper.
I know there's gota be a way to find out what this truck rated for thanls

If its 2wd you can tow 6700lbs, 4wd can tow 6400lbs

 

Wow that's not very much, how much is your hd rated at cowboy?

 

Roughly 9300lbs, I think I can have 2800lbs payload.
Its got 4.10 gears, 5.4 V8, and all the heavy duty towing upgrades.

It actually has the same 10.25 sterling rear end that the superduty's have. I lucked out getting it. I was originally looking for a F250 with the ext cab and long bed, when this baby showed up on the dealer lot. There was an ext cab w/ the 6.5ft bed for the same price, but I love having a fullsize bed. Even though she is a pain in the parking lots lol.
