well i figured out what the problem was after my rear driveshaft universal was ripped apart and i had to drive to my buddies garage with just front wheel drive and my drive shaft laying in the bed of my truck lol but thank you for the suggestions my buddy swore up and down that it was my clutch packs up until i called him saying my universal just broke apart. in his defense tho lol we checked and rechecked the universals and there was no play in them at least not by hand

You may still have an angularity issue. I had a lifted 150 several years ago that had this problem and would develop a vibration above 65 mph. As a result it went through quite a few rear ujoints. Hopefully you just had a simple failure. Been there done that with the front wheel drive!
