Well, I was in Austin, Texas and suddenly my floor shifter quit working. It was in drive when it happened, and it was still in drive when I put the shifter in Park. I was afraid to shut it off, because it wouldn't start again. So, I drove it over to Covert Ford, who replaced something and charged me $400.00. I don't know what they did, but it was something underneath. They called it a cable, but it beats me. Must happen a lot, they had the part in stock. It wasn't the interlock switch. I have 210,000 miles on the truck.
