Default Difference between 'intermediate' steering shafts?

Hay y'all (Morrow County, Ohio spelling).

I'm confident I have to replace the steering column intermediate shaft on my '08. On Partsgeek (click link) I found it for $43. But I see other shafts, many not specified as 'intermediate,' and up to nearly $300.

What am I missing?

Probably nothing different other than build quality. One is probably cheap Chinesium, the other is OEM.
