My lariat doesn't have 2 toned paint. Just black.

Lariats don't always have two tone paint. Not sure why that was stated.

Mine is a Lariat for sure, at least if the intrument gauges are telling the truth

What dealer would tell you that's a Harley?

I am really not to concerned over it, got 2007 F150 Lariat with 73k mileage generally loaded in great shape for 12,500. So I am pretty happy no matter what he called it

I stand corrected. I stated that based on someone stating in a post the other day they didn't wouldn't buy a Lariat due to the 2-tone paint.

So is that the same truck as the one in the picture 2008__XL posted further up the thread? If so, someone swapped the wheels as the Lariat package came standard with alloy wheels (the one in the picture has steel wheels). Here's an F150 brochure stating that was standard along with leather seats, auto temp control, and the message center/trip computer.

Yeah, the wheels on his truck are the same ones I have. They're the chrome clad 17" that come on the base STX/XLT's.
