Default diablo sport programmer

So I just put a u7151 diablo sport programmer in my 05 f150 and I've never dealt with one before...I programmed it to 87 octane but what difference would it make if I did it to 93 octane even though I don't use that grade very often? What's the best way to program it to get better gas mileage and yet more horsepower?

The premium tune is okay with 91 octane as I was told by them, but I didn't see enough of a difference to justify the premium tune. I run the 87 k&n tune. If you have oversize tires you can adjust nov and tire settings. Pm me if you have any other questions with setting it up.

And gear ratio, it defaults to 3.73, so if you have 3.55 it will be off.
