Hey all got a defroster issue on my 06 screw. Its at about 61k and just recently when I turn on the defroster air comes out the front vents full bore with very little air through the defroster. Anyone else have or heard of this problem? Thanks

 

Sound like the door that allows that is sticking. You might have to get it replaced.

 

This is a somewhat common issue, and it happened on my 2006 as well. Do a search that includes the phrase "blend door actuator" and you'll find plenty of information on the topic. Ford replaced my blend door actuator, and I haven't had a problem since.
