Dead Battery caused by radio
My batter kept going dead when the truck sat idle for 3 or 4 days. About the same time I noticed the radio acting strange, lights out, presets lost, etc. I pulled the radio fuse and now the battery stays charged. Any suggestions on troubleshooting the radio or suitable replacement?

a weak battery will cause your radio to do that and you will lose your pre-sets when it goes dead...have your battery tested. if its older than 4 or 5 years replace it.
