No, the raptors are analog ballasts. They are slightly larger than digital ones, that's a pretty universal way to quickly identify the quality in HID manufacturers.
There is nothing wrong with analog ballasts in 04'+ F-150's. I can't speak for 04' or earlier (as I have never done it). Primarily the problem with analog is it will interfere with the radio causing a hissing/static noise. Where as the digital ones don't do it at all.
(Plus, digi's have a better change of going bad if it's "cheap". DDM is well priced, but you get what you pay for with digital HID's)
