In dash GPS, Bluetooth, CD etc.
I'm looking to add an in dash system and was wondering if anyone could give me some suggestions/reviews of the sytems they have. Not looking to spend alot of money but I would like it to have GPS/bluetooth/CD/Ipod features. Also looking for one that is a flush mount? not one that is motorized. I know the name brands, but was wondering if there are some non-name brands that are just as good. Thanks.
Can't help with the off-brands but I put the Kenwood 5120 in my 06 Lariat and love it. I have in-dash Nav, DVD, steering wheel controls, iPod and Sirius. I opted out on the bluetooth. Total package was $760 w/self install -- oh and I tapped my rear view camera into the system as well.

And GO GATORS!
Be careful with the "Not looking to spend alot" thinking. You get what you pay for. Having a head unit with a screen large enough to view is going to cost for quality. Most folks go the cheap way out, only to end up replacing soon with a better unit; now it ended up costing you more than if you would have just gone the better route in the first place.

As noted in my earlier post - my complete set up was $760 and there's no doubting Kenwood quality! The music sounds better, the GPS is far superior to my previous TomTom - and the larger screen 6.5" is a lot easier to see. My iPod works soooo much better with the Kenwood than it did with my OEM/Brandmotion adapter that there's no comparison. And I sold my old HU, Sirius tuner/receiver, and iPod adapter for $100 on ebay so I got some of my money back. $800 should do, $600 is likely a little short to accomplish all you want.
