Default cut the cats or not?

I am new to this so bare with me. I have a 2006 f-150 fx4 with the 5.4L in it. I would like to cut the cats of the truck and replace them with 2 pecies of pipe. I had a 2005 mustang that I did the same to, and installed (MIL elimanators) malfunction indecator light elimanators. Wondering if any one has done the same on there truck? and where you can buy the (MIL'S) from?

Default to cut or not to cut

I have a second Y pipe that I got from a wreck yard so I dont have to cut the stock one up. I just want to know if i can get some (MIL's) for the 5.4L?

I don't believe I have seen anyone use MIL's on these trucks.
