Help please, i have a 2004 with the 5.4. Was driving and one loud knock an the motor died. Dealership has it know for 3 weeks, new fuel pump, new frps, new fpdm, new pcm, new anit-theft, and still no power to fuel pump. will turn over but not start. dealer says all wiring and grounds are good. Has anyone else experinced this problem and can give me advice on what to look at when i get it back home

Well clearly there is a problem if the fuel pump doesn't run. Some dealers are good, and some couldn't find snow in a blizzard.
I'd be checking the wiring harness/connectors that are on the frame rail under the driver's door. The fuel pump wiring runs through there and corrosion or broken wires can cause stalling and no starts.
