Okay good..haha. Just checking to make sure that wasnt the real issue. You might have to change out them all like mentioned before unless you switch them all around to figure out the culprit.

I have the Accel coils on my truck, put them on about 2 months ago. So far so great! I was having a shake in overdrive while accelerating, had plugs done 20k ago, so I took a guess that the coils were going bad, as my truck was 6 years old with 115k miles. Bought them from Amazon, $228 for all 8 and for some Dielectric grease to put on them when I put them on. I decided to do all 8, since it wasn't missing enough to tell me which cylinder was misfiring, and i didn't feel like chasing it down. Make sure you buy the ones with the "3" in the product name since you have a 3 valve engine.

I got Duralast ignition coils from Autozone at about $50 a piece. So $400. And then motor craft plugs for like $20. Have had those in for about over a year now. Runs great

Visteon is the company that bought motorcraft when ford sold the brand off, much like GM did with AC Delco.

How can he switch them around when he said there's no code to tell him which Cylinder is missing...
