Going to look into cleaning the injector(s) and see if that stops the COP from stretching out.

Well if the catalytic converter(s) got melted it was probably a injector problem. Sometimes they over spray or get sticky and get stuck open causing catastrophic engine failure.

That's a good place to start, but I would get a multimeter and check the ohms on the coil not only to make sure its good. Also check the voltage on the COP connector to make sure there all the same.

cleaning the fuel injector is going to effect the COP spring ??

Unfortunately this will have to wait the front of my truck found the concrete barrier on the highway.

Truck will be evaluated later this week.

Did you do that on purpose because you were tired of messing with it? Hahaha that really does suck dude. I hope they don't total it out.
