Default COP Boot/Spring Question

I have a pending P0354 code on my 05 5.4 SCREW. My question is I have some OEM cop's from my 98 Expedition 5.4 and would like to know if the boot and spring from one of them will work on my 05. I'd like to try that before I go to the cost of replacing the spark plug and cop. The truck has 206K on the clock but the plugs were changed at 96K and cop's were replaced at 126K miles.

Disregard. I just checked Rock Auto and found the boots are different. Sorry for the confusion.

Change the plugs.. they are shot with 100K miles on them.. with 206K miles on the motor you need to replace all the boots and springs.

Thanks for the advice. I'll probably do the boots/springs and plugs. I plan on keeping the truck until it dies. All service on drive line has been done at required intervals so it's in pretty nice shape. Overall the truck is in excellent condition except for a half dollar size dimple in the drivers door by a po.
