Default Coolant Leak

My 2007 F150, 6 cyl, 4.2L, is spraying coolant from a metal looking hose attachment at the.front of the engine. Can anyone tell md what this is and how to fix it?

Google engine coolant bypass hose for your truck and see if that's it.

Thanks for the response. I did finally.find out that it is the coolant bypass tube. Have one ordered and will attempt to replace it. Wish me luck!

*Update in case anyone reads this: I ended up using JB Weld Extreme Heat Paste on the old bypass tube.
No way was I attempting to take the intake manifold off to replace the tube.
It took a few layers of paste (because I didn't drain the coolant system first) and a blow dryer, but so far so good!
Probably would use the JBWeld High Heat Stick if had to do it over again.
