Coolant Leak?

Default Coolant Leak?

Long story short, not a mechanic, and I ended up screwing the wrong screw in on the top passenger side for the alternator of a 5.4 2005 and when I went to remove it to fix a part of the engine, it started spewing coolant. It stops once the screw is back in, but long term this is going to be an issue… any ideas what it costs to fix the coolant line underneath?

Not a great pic but you can see the coolant coming from under the screw…
