Default Coolant flush?

Ive got an 08 5.4 with nearly 50K. When is everyone else flushing their coolant systems? I forgot what the manual said. I assume when I do do it at some point, might as well replace the thermostat at the same time. While im in there, I think it wouldnt hurt to do the S belt. Any recomendations with brands?

The coolant is supposed to be good for 100k (If i remember correctly)

I've got 80k on my 08f150, And i'm going to do this in the next couple weeks because almost half of my miles is towing. And this passed summer was killer.7k miles of towing this summer of 110+ heat

Over the summer i replaced the belt with a Gatorback. And thats the only belt i ever use.

Ok thanks, I didnt think I was due for a flush but 100K just seems like a long time for that coolant to cycling through the system. I too may change it around 80-90K.
