New quarter panels, hood, grille, wiper cowl, etc. Called a 'clip swap' for future reference

The wiper cowl from an 09 and up WILL NOT fit on a 04-08 F150. The 09 and up uses clips that are mounted below the windshield to secure the wiper cowl down. The 04-08 DOES NOT have these metal tabs for the 09 and up wiper cowl. It technically will "sit" there, but the back WILL NOT be secure and will probably vibrate at highway speeds and cause a horrible noise.

I know because the cowl on my 08 never stays locked together in the middle and honestly it's the cheapest made wiper cowl I've ever seen. Anyways I got one from a 2010 model, and yes it technically fit, but it does not fit properly.

The overall shape isn't different so I think when you're changing hoods, fenders, grill, and headlights you don't need to change out the wiper cowl.
