Well I have emailed them 3 times on 2 different emails on their site and in 2 weeks have not gotten any response.. I called yesterday and was on hold for 20 min and hung up...

I have a gryphon programmer but wanting to upgrade to one of the gryphon CS.

ANYONE else having problems contacting them or have had better luck then me??
