Unhappy Constant bad coil on #6 code

I keep getting a bad coil, misfire on (#6 plug). I have replaced the spark plug, replaced the coil 3 times, and even the pig tail connector to the coil. What else do I need to check that I am missing that I cannot make the code showing misfire on #5 go away. I am stumped! Any recommendations will be followed. Thanks!

Could always be wiring. Or even the injector.

I'd check the injector as said above.

Start with the above and next run compression test on that cylinder... Might need to pull the valve cover and inspect the lash adjusters, followers, and cam too.

Thanks. Is there anyway to test the injector without having to just get new & replace the unit?
