Default Comfortable temp levels??

Yesterday I was pulling a trailer and I noticed my engine oil temp was about 210-215 and my tranny fluid was at like 165. They seem high to me but I'm not sure what's too high. Anybody have any ideas. It's a 2004 5.4 3V 112000 miles

Tranny temp should be good up to 190-200 any higher then I would let it cool down oil temp not sure about as long as you cooling system is holding should be ok. Also you can check with the oil manufacture of the brand you use to find out the viscosity
