Ok so I have the knocking noise for a minute or two and goes away when she warms up a bit so would this most likely be from adjusters regaining oil pressure or rollers lacking lubrication the first bit when started?

She's got fresh 5w30/filter in her and runs just fine and sounds great when warm, but this cold start knocking makes me think I'm going to have to crack her open and do some swapping of parts. Video below and thanks again everyone
