coil over plug

in 2008 F150 flex fuel is it coil over plug? If it is when we change spark plugs do we have to change the coil as well?

Typically, no. Just the boot. Look inside the coil housing and clean the contacts inside if needed. Then use a small bit of dielectric grease to seal moisture out of the plug tube.

Like Nrivera said.. suggest you change boots and springs.. need to find out the engine build date of your 08 .. 10/09/07 they changed heads and use a different plug and boot. Is it a 5.4 ?
