Coil Malfunctions
Hey all I have an issue Id like some input on. I have an '04 f150 5.4 that has intermittently ran a little rough lately. Today the check engine light came on and I took it to Autozone where their scanner read problems with 5 ignition coils. Could this be right? Just seems odd that 5 of them would take a dump about the same time. Or is there likely another problem? Any ideas?
Only had the truck a little over a year and yes it normally sounds like a diesel. Haha. Mileage is 136000. Unknown plug or coil change. Trouble codes were:
P0352 - Ignition coil B primary/secondary circuit
P0353 - Ignition coil C etc
P0354 - Ignition coil D etc
P0355 - Ignition coil E etc
P0357 - Ignition coil G etc
thanks for your fast responses by the way. Just don't want to spend the money and time driving myself nuts if y'all think it's the ECM or something similar
