Angry code P0022 after oil change

hello everyone,
2004 ford f150 lariat 5.4L 3v. after scheduled oil change, my truck idled rough when hot and stalled engine with a p0022 code. Once i restarted the engine was idling fine. This is what i have done already: VCT replaced, engine cleaned, new oil (5W-20), new filter (mobile 1), cleaned throttle head and MAFI, new airfilter. After that i cleared the code and drove to work again. Another P0022 came up after a rough idle but this time it did not kill the engine and after a little gas it started idling fine again. As i also have a bad torque in OD and feel my engine shaking so i'm replacing the plugs this weekend. Still wondering about the bad idle only once when it's hot and after throwing the code it runs fine. Some how the Cam gets stuck on retarded but it's able to loosen when a little gas is given and then works fine.Thought about a cam sensor being bad but do not understand it always happen at the same moment and only once when first time idling when hot. I'll keep you updated on the progress after the spark plugs are changed and after checking the cop's.Work in Progress!!
