Hi, new member first post would like to get some tips and info before i tear into my engine. my 08 f150 with 5.4 has 152 000 kms on it never had a problem before until a couple of days ago after doing an oil change i took it for a drive and about 15 mins later started making a knocking noise sounds like in the valve/rocker arm area. This brought up a code p0012 bank 1 camshaft intake over retarded. the noise will go away after shut down and restart, and also after revving the engine to about 2000 rpm while making this noise. Any tips or info would be greatly appreciated as i do not want to rip the engine apart if it might be just a faulty sensor,
