Default Clunking when taking off

Need some help from read end gurus. I had my diff rebuilt by ford and got it checked by a few places. Replaced all the bushings of the drivetrain and I still get a clunk when I take off from a stop. I hear it and feel it. Any ideas??

Mine did the same thing. Their is a TSB from Ford about it. Does yours have a 2 piece drive shaft? Their is a cheap kit you buy to re-grease where the drive shaft slides together, it includes synthetic grease and new boots.

Pack the spline with Teflon grease, it does disappear.
