Default " Clunk " when turning

I have a 2005 F150 4X4, 5.4 triton. When I turn hard to the left, I hear a clunk sound on the right side front. Was wondering if this maybe the CV axle on the right side? Just replaced Lower control arms, ball joints and tie rod ends, but it was doing this prior to that. Any ideas?

Have you inspected the sway bar links? I would check those first.

Yes, I had to remove them to replace the LCA.

I've had this problem for a while now. I've replaced the CV axle on that side (replaced lower ball joints and accidentally sheared the stud off on the axle...), UCA's on both sides, lower ball joints on both sides twice now, inner and outer tie rod ends, and sway bar links. Nothing fixed it. I've given up and I'm waiting for something to finally tear up and be obvious. My 4x4 function works perfectly so I can't imagine its an IWE, hub maybe, but I'm not sure that is it either. If I lift the front end and shake the tire by hand left and right it makes a popping sound that sounds like it's coming from the steering rack. (07 F-150 FX4 5.4L V8 Supercrew 168,000 miles)
