Default Clunk at start and stop

I've been trying to figure out a clunk that I've been having on my pickup for a while now. Its upon starting up and slowing down or braking. I just had recently done all the brakes, hub assemblies, 4WD actuators and my u-joints on the rear driveshaft. I changed both upper and lower ball joints. New shocks and struts. I had just changed out my transmission about 14k miles ago but don't leave out possible issues with the transmission. I have looked a little bit into possible bad leaf spring bushings as a possibility. I just checked my front drive line and it actually rotates about 1/8 to 1/4 a turn so could i be looking at an issue in the front drive line or the transfer case? Maybe the 4WD shift solenoid on the back of the transfer case? I'm just at a loss at this point. If there are any ideas of things for me to check out, please don't hesitate to suggest them! Thanks.

sway bar end links?
Try removing them and replicating the issue.

Same issue with mine as well. Rebuilt the whole front end and can’t figure it out. Driving me nuts. Let me know what you find. If I find out something I’ll let you know!
