I bought an F150 last Aug 08 and the low end of the climate control settings would go from cold to hot in the 60's range.I just got it fixed under warranty and the dealer told me that the motors that control the blend door have been defective. If you have the problem do not wait until your warranty is over and if it is tell them you know they have defective motors in trucks they sold

 

Good reminder. It has been discussed here before, but many folks don't use a search initially when they have problems.

TSB's (technical service bulletins) are also a good source of information pertaining to problems such as these, especially when they are not "recalls" (forced repairs).
