I just bought a 2005 f150 lariat, and I noticed the many of the buttons on the automatic climate control are messed up. For example if I press the fan button to blow air only to my face, it blows at my face and feet, or if i press the button to blow to my face and feet, it turns on and off a/c, etc. and the heated seat controls don't seem to work. I think maybe the climate control was swapped out at some point in the past with an incorrect one. Is there anyway to maybe change the wires on the back climate control using a diagram of some sort to fix this?

 

Huh, pull the radio and look behind the AC controls and see if it's been messed with.
