Default Clicking/Thump

Hey guys. On my 05 Lariat 2WD, I'm currently experiencing a clicking/thumping noise when I turn left at low speeds (eg: turning into a parking spot, or my driveway). It doesn't happen when I turn right, so I'm thinking it may be a bad bearing or hub on the passenger front. I had considered the rear end clutch pack as well, but wouldn't that make the same noise turning right as well? Could it be something suspension related, like a ball joint or tie-rod end?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
