I received one last Tuesday I believe. I have it on my "I'll read it later pile" haha looks like I might be able to get 50% for what I paid to have them replaced. Will look into it this weekend.

I just threw mine away. I replaced them myself and definitely didn't go over the $300 quoted in the letter.
