Question Chunked out tires

Anyone got any good sugggestions on tires? Need them bad-*** looking, but good on pavement as well as light off-roading. Not looking on breaking the bank either as I want to do alot of mods.

Thanks!

If you are looking for the Cadilac of mud tires, you need to go with TOYO Open Country MT's. Friend has them and put 65,000 miles and still got tread. Cost quite a bit though

mud grapplers suckz.

open country and procomps are alright... i guess.

and i know you said you dont want to spend money on tires since your doing more mods, but honestly, tires are one of the most important parts of a truck, especially off road. its worth the money to spend a couple more dollars on a good tire than a sh*t one. i'd say go with BFG ATs or MTs. have friends that have both and they both like em a lot.

Let me second this recommendation!

These tires look very aggressive, yet are very quiet on the roads. I have a little over 13k miles on mine and am showing little to absolutely no wear on them. They are kinda pricey though, I think I paid $359 a tire for mine, but I also got a buy 3 get 1 free deal.

You know Mudd grappler suck how?

Pro Comps are a great tire too

I never hear anything good really about BFGs except for the fact they have been around a long time.

treads good for all kinds of OFFroad terrain. he said it was onroad with "light-off-roading". they wear alright and perform good, but who wants an overly excessive loud tire on their truck if its only going to see "light-off-roading"? have boggers on my friends truck and you can barely speak to other person riding with you.

procomps or toyos is what my garage recommends, ive just never cared for them to be honest with you. procomps are what i would recommend for his driving style.

and theres a reason BFG has been around a long time.... its a damn good tire.
