Default 'chugging' while driving

Truck started having issues, especially when raining, and then on day just wouldn't start. Changed out fuel filter. Then thankfully before deciding to take on the pump found out about the fpdm. To be honest I don't know how it lasted as long as it did as the casing was nearly gone and the Board was scorched. Changed that out as well as the connecting wiring as there were scorch marks in the plug and better safe than sorry. The burnt electrical smell was shocking when I removed it. After replacing she started right up, quicker than she had in months. However, now when I drive she basically 'chugs' every few seconds. The faster I go - the worse it gets. Almost sounds/feels like she will stall out if up to 40 but never does - but goes from chugging to bucking. I added some sea foam on a recommend hoping that it was just a fuel injector issue from doing the fuel filter. Any idea or advice as this wasn't an issue prior. Thanks!

How many miles?
What engine?
What year?
Have you changed spark plugs and ignition coil boots?
What about air filter?
