Using your brakes are for people who don't have faith in their truck or know they'd end up losing. Rules out here in CO when we've done some pulls up in the mtns, is anyone who touches their brake is DQ'd. Let the best truck win and no cheating, which we consider braking cheating. All motor, weight and traction. Also whoever has the higher hitch point usually gets a slight advantage, being your truck is pulling his up while his is pulling yours down.

I payed for all but 7500 of my truck which total so far is about 22g...so yeah my parents helped me out. They gave me my brothers old honda crv which I then sold for that money...so they indirectly gave me 7500 I guess. Yeah down here its all about what you drive and what you do to it to set it apart from everyone else...I love my truck and all my money from work goes in it pretty damn fast but hell I don't really got anymore expenses and I'm drivin it til it dies so I consider it worth it. and the kid actually moved schools so I rarely see him but next time I do he's gonna be screwed. Ill be sure to get it on tape for yalls viewin pleasure
